William P. Vranas - A licensed Real
Estate Broker. He is a Certified Commercial Investment
Member of the Realtors National Marketing Institute,
and serves on the Realtors Ethics and Arbitration
Committee. His responsibilities in the firm included
banking relationships, third party brokerage and syndication.
He is a director of the Edens Plaza Bank in Wilmette,
Illinois, and the Plaza Bank in Norridge, Illinois.
He is Past President on the Hellenic Foundation and
has served as Council Member of Sts. Peter & Paul
Church in Glenview. He graduated from Northwestern
University in 1972. Since that time, he had been active
full time in the real estate business and formed Vranas

Michael
M. Chioros - A licensed Real Estate Broker
and a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the
Realtors National Marketing Institute. Responsibilities
in the firm concentrated on acquisitions, dispositions,
and development. He is a graduate from Elmhurst College.
He is a Past President of the Board of Directors of
The Union League Club, a member of the Board of The
City of Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund. He
is also Vice-President of the Boys & Girls Foundation
of the Union League and a Life Trustee of the Union
League's Civic and Arts Foundation. He is Past President
of the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association and of
the Hellenic Foundation, also Vice President of the
Lincoln Park Builders Club. Past member of the State's
Attorney's Narcotic Nuisance Abatement Advisory Council
He has been active in the real estate business since
1971 and in 2003 was inducted into the Chicago area
Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. Mike continues to be
active in the investment and development areas of
real estate with Chioros Properties located in Downtown

John P. Vranas - A licensed Real
Estate Broker and a licensed Insurance Broker. He
was responsible for the Property Management of the
company. He graduated from Loyola University in 1975
and is Past President of the Board of Education, Fairview
District 72.
A Certified Property Manager and a member of the Institute
of Real Estate Management, he is a Past President
of the Chicago Association of Realtors, and has been
an active member of the Government Affairs and Property
Management Committees of the Association. He is the
Chairman of the Public Policy Committee of the Illinois
Association of Realtors and President of the Emergency
Fund. He was active in the real estate activities

Bill J. Vranas - An Accountant and
a licensed Real Estate Broker and was responsible
for the accounting matters of the firm. He graduated
from the University of Illinois in 1969. He is past
President of the Hellenic Foundation and past President
of the Assumption Church of Chicago. He had been active
in the real estate activities of Vranas since 1976
and continues on as a principal in the accounting
firm of Vranas and Vlachos.
